Educational training services, namely, training in the field of mindfulness in order to identify where a person is located within the communication cycle, namely: Diatribe meaning loss, anger, misrepresentation, and bias.  Discussion such as in framing the problem or concern, dialogue such as formulating a solution to any problem and discourse such as participating in communication where there are mutual interest and an understanding about information being presented.

Educational training services, namely a training protocol and program for recognizing what can be achieved with and in each component of a communication cycle with application to a variety of settings where anger and the management of anger, such as in courts, workplaces, and schools, where anger and loss are important concerns.

Education method for achieving recognition of loss in the grieving cycle, namely, shock, bargaining meaning a review of past options missed, depression/sadness, anger, and recovery/resolution and one’s own system of loss.

Educational services, namely, training in the field of a method for achieving recognition and awareness that anger, communicated as a diatribe, is always a reflection of one’s own system of loss, yours and in response to the loss experienced by others, which might contain cognitive distortions that can lead to violence as a consequence of misrepresentation, and that not all problems can be solved immediately before it is properly framed and a solution presented by way of discussion.

Educational services, namely, training in the field of a method for achieving recognition of the importance of one’s identity and agency to reflect upon and also in supporting the identity and agency of others, as well as the importance of establishing or re-establishing a routine of practice to manage depression, which is an inevitable consequence of loss, and awareness that solutions to any problem whereby both parties are made whole, can only be reached by way of dialogue, and intentionality in class 41.
